He was shown as widowed on the Texas Death Records Index at Rootsweb. His actual Texas Death Certificate, viewable online at FamilySearch.org, Texas Deaths, 1890-1976, shows him as the son of Joseph Ernest Baumgartner and Mary S. Jones, and that he was born in Rockdale, Texas on July 8, 1886. His usual occupation was that of a pressman for a printing company. His street address at the time of his death was 4316 Bellaire Boulevard, and the informant was Mrs. M.P. Reichardt.
Kathy Bonnell shows that she was not married, but that she was the mother of Johann Georg Schaufele, born 31 Jan 1822 in Breech, Donaukreis, W?rttemberg, Germany.
Kathy Bonnell shows that he first was married to Anna Maria K?ngeter on 30 Jan 1788 in Waldhausen, Donaukreis, W?rttemberg, Germany. She died on 16 Jun 1797 in Breech.
.
Katharina's first child, Leonard Benkelmann, was born out of wedlock.
Katharina later married Johannes Heller, and had four more children. BonnieMargaret writes that "Johannes Heller's father was a citizen and farmer of Adelberg, Breech. But Johannes's own parish record identifies him as a citizen and S?ldner (mercenary soldier), but this would naot have been by choice. His actual occupation was listed elsewhere as steward to the state forester. Johannes Heller died August 3, 1817, and the parish records do not say where or under what conditions except that he was then impressed into the military service of the Prince." (Jacobs, p. 70). BonnieMargaret cites the records of Johannes Heller as being in the Evangelische Kirchengemeinde Waldhausen, Dekanat Schw?bisch Gm?nd Auszug aus dem kirchlichen Familienregister Band I Blatt 242 Schneiderhof.

A hardware merchant in England, but in this country a farmer, residing in Florence. He had eight children by his first marriage, but he and Betsey had no issue. (Dwight, p 159).

He was preceded in death by a son, C. A. Beall Jr., and a granddaugher, Mary Elise Raiford.
Published in The Sabine County Reporter, December 28, 1994, Page 10
His actual Texas Death certificate, viewable online at FamilySearch.org, Texas Deaths, 1890-1976, shows him as the son of Elias Beall and Fannie Glaze of Georgia. He was listed as a retired farmer, and widowed.
The Sanford genealogy says Lucretia was born in 1769 in Leominster, Massachusetts, and died 20 February 1813. The death date is obviously impossible, since first wife Abigail died 19 February 1813, and children attributed to Lucretia were born in 1816 and 1821. Probably the birth date given for Lucretia is wrong also, as it would make her 47 and 52 when her children were born.
Information about the Bean family was provided by Frances Martin . She reported that most of it was taken from THE CLAN McBEAN Book, Vol. III. Bean family information was also obtained through the generosity of Yolanda Pepper Miller (Ypmiller@aol.com).
Thelma Faye Cain Prince posted the following on her "John STILL family of Edgefield County, SC" website:
Bean, Alexander-deceased. Edgefield Co. Deed Book 31, p. 200, 201, 16 May 1812. Division of sale of real estate. Wife: Christiana Bean. Children: James Bean, Joseph Still, James Still, John Lee, Thomas Youngblood--son of Jacob Youngblood, John Bean, and William Bean. >From "Edgefield Co. SC Records" by Janie Revill, 1984
Newton County Historical Committee, , "Glimpses of Newton County History," 1982, contains several pages of biographical information about this family as well (pp. 167-169).
It was noted that the Trout Creek Cemetery in Newton County, near the intersection of FM 1416 and Hwy 87, is the final resting place for at least six generations of this early pioneer family. Alexander Bean and his wife Christina were said to have been married, supposedly in Scotland, and came to America settling in the Ninety-Sixth District, South Carolina which would later become Edgefield District. According to census records, their children were all born in South Carolina. A copy of deed of the selling of one hundred and thirty-four acres of land in Edgefield District near Little Stephens Creek which had been inherited by Alexander and Christina's children is recorded in Deed Book 32, pp. 196-198 on March 7, 1815. Listed as present were Christina Bean and her children James, Alexander, John Elizabeth, Isabella, Sarah, Levicy adn William, then a minor.
In "Newton County Nuggets" (Nortex Press, Austin, Texas, 1986, p 375), Ruby Sutton Droptini writes about helping her widowed mother run the local telephone operator office in rural Burkeville in the late 1930's and early 1940's. She recalled the day that their "neighbors' house caught fire. It was the house of Mr. and Mrs. Ben F. BEAN. It happened on a beautiful day about the middle of the morning. There was no fire department in Burkeville." The Beans operated a store in Wiergate, and were not home to take action themselves. Ruby therefore "rang all the business places in town at one time and as they answered I told them, "Beans house is on fire!""
Everyone responded and in a few minutes the yard was full of people. They drew water from the Bean's well and from the wards well to put on the house. The fire was extinguished before it could cause much damage, and the Beans were grateful their house had been saved.

Her Texas Death Certificate, viewable online at FamilySearch.org, Texas Deaths, 1890-1976, shows her as the daughter of Dr. B. F. Bean and Elzebith Withers. She was listed as a teacher in the public schools, and her name at death was Maud Bean Wetzel. She was listed as a widow.
His FindAGrave memorial page has a photo of a military marker. It is engraved with a cross, and O B Bean, New Jersey, PFC 238 Engineers, World War II, Oct 4, 1912 - Feb 1, 1967.
In Kenneth Morgan's book, MORGAN'S EAST TEXAS TALES, he wrote that "Since my earliest memories, I have heard the old folks speak of "The Becky Field". (After her husband died) leaving Rebecca with five children still living at home, ranging in age from 4 to 17, and Carrol age thirty, who was crippled. With all the children pitching in, they tended the fields and raised enough produce for the family, with some left over to sell for cash money...."Aunt Becky" as she was called by friends and neighbors, ran cattle and hogs in the woods. She was a fine horsewoman, and sometimes rode with a baby on the saddle. In winter time, hogs were butchered, and the meat carried to town in the wagon, where it was peddled door to door. Becky heated big rocks ont he wood stove, wrapped them in burlap sacks, and placed them in front of the wagon to keep her feet warm on the long drive. When there was sickness or death in the community, she was always there to help in any way she could."
Her son, Albert Turner, was the informant on her death certificate.
First name variously shown as Robson/Robinson/Roberson/Robertson/Robert Bean.
Said to have married Jerusha Wilmoth Reece/Reese, and they had a large family.
Newton County Historical Committee, , "Glimpses of Newton County History," p 168, notes that Robinson Bean, eldest son of John and Jane, was tall, hardy, had red hair and blue eyes. Most all of the early Bean settlers had fair complexions, red hair and blue eyes. The Bean men seemed to have inherited tendencies to be marksmen with firearms and to have deep set eyes and heavy eyebrows. His name appeared on the 1860 Jasper County, Texas census, as a farmer, age 37. His wife was Jerusha REESE, born in Georgia, age 38. They had nine children, four boys and five girls. In 1864, he bought a five hundred acre tract of land in Newton County from Emily CONN for $310. He had been living previously in Jasper County, probably near Magnolia Springs. Robinson served in Company I of the 24th Regiment Texas Cavalry in 1865. It has been told that he served as a medic although he did not have a license to practice medicine. In 1870, he ws still listed on the Jasper County, Texas census as a farmer, and in 1880 he is listed on the Orange County census as a blacksmith. Orange had become the destination of most of the logs that were harvested upstream, and the logging industry was booming.
The exact location of Robinson and Jerusha's graves can not be verified. However, their son William is buried in Trout Creek Cemetery at the west end near a large Cedar tree. Beside his grave are two unmarked graves, thought to be those of Robison and Jerusha.

His Texas Death Certificate, viewable online at FamilySearch.org, Texs Deaths, 1890-1976, shows that he was a son of Benj. Beard and Ellen Chipman, both born in Newton County, Mississippi. His usual occupation was shown as Farmer, and he was shown as married. The informant was his wife, Mrs. B. W. Beard.
Diane Eiland shows that he married an Annie, and that they had a large family.
Was he listed, in error, as Carolin, F, at the time of the 1860 census? Or was he missed entirely, or living elsewhere? Or, might the George Beard living with him at the time of the 1880 census not be the same George Beard that earlier lived in Newton County, Mississippi.
Family researchers in Sabine and San Augustine counties appear to think that Charles McKinney Beard and Benjamin Alexander Beard were indeed brothers, as the following postings to the following message board indicate:
My grandfather was Charles McKinney Beard born in 1846 Mississippi and I think Newton County. he married Jane Roberts of neshoba Co. in 1869. I am looking for his mother. His father was George R. Beard. I think that George R. Beard was married to a Martha Warren before he married Mary Ann Forbus Causey. If anyone has any information on either of these wivies will they please contact me. I think that Martha Warren was Charles "Mack" Beard's mother and that Mary Ann raised him. Mary Ann Forbus had been married to a Causey before she married George Beard and she had two daughters by the Causey maybe more children but I know of the two daughters. Thanks for any help. Billie Sue McGill on 25 Feb 2002
George Reed Beard was my great--great-grandfather. His son, Benjamin Alexander (brother to Charles McKinney) was my great-grandfather.
My mother was B.A.'s granddaughter. Her father was Sam Beard. She is Rosalie Octava Beard Burns.
I'm sorry that I can't help about George Reed's marriages. The records we have are confusing. We have that he married mary Ann Forbus first and then married a Miss Cossie.
