Sample from Tom Strong, representing mtDNA he inherited from his mother, Patricia McGuire, going back through her mother, Josephine Morlas, Josephine's mother, Lucine Roquevert, and Lucine's mother, Blazine Pene. Based the research of Bennie Zahn of New Orleans, Blazine's maternal line can be traced back another four generations, to Marie Longanere born sometime before1730, presumably in the Hautes-Pyr?n?es region of France, where Blazine was born.
