Eva E. Cramer, 87, entered into God's eternal care Monday, February 19, 2007, at Brethren Home Community, New Oxford. Eva was the loving wife of the late Victor H. Cramer who died May 17, 1973. Born October 31, 1919, in Hanover, the daughter of the late Edward H. and Manora (Garvick) Nace. Mrs. Cramer was a member of St. Jacob's Stone Lutheran Church, Glenville. She was employed by the former Sterner's Super Market in Hanover for three years and later by the Former Pillowtex Co. for seven years until her retirement.
Mrs. Cramer was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family, crocheting, gardening, and loved cooking for her family, especially making sugar cookies. Eva is survived by children Ted L. Cramer and his wife, Karen, John E. Cramer and his wife, Pauline, Larry G. Cramer and his companion, Phyllis of Abbottstown, Charlotte Fishel and her husband, Morris of Spring Grove, Dean L. Cramer of Wernersville; 11 grandchildren, Lindsey M. Cramer, Adam M. Cramer, Michael A. Cramer, Marlen V. Cramer, Scott G. Cramer, Samuel L. Cramer, Randy L. Sheffer, Fred A. Fishel, Steven L. Fishel, Timothy E. Fishel, Kimberly A. Shultz, Vickie L. Creamer, David A. Cramer; 11 great-grandchildren, Dustin L. Cramer, Samantha J. Cramer, Aiden I. Cramer, Kenneth E. Fishel, Daniel F. Fishel, Logan G. Fishel, Hayla M. Fishel, Benjamin Shultz, Brady Shultz, Kurt Creamer, Trent Creamer; great-great-grandchild Kaleb Fishel; and brother Elwood D. Nace of Hanover.
She was preceded in death by sons Harold L. Cramer and Marlen V. Cramer; grandson Randall S. Fishel; brothers Wilmert L. Nace and Oscar F. Nace; and sister Helen Sterner. Service to celebrate and remember Eva's life Friday at St. Jacob Stone Lutheran Church, Glenville, her Pastor, Rev. Paula L. Murray officiating. Burial in St. Jacob's Stone Church Cemetery. Serving as casketbearers Adam M. Cramer, Marlen V. Cramer, Fred A. Fishel, Scott G. Cramer, Steven L. Fishel, and Samuel L. Cramer.
