This allowed James and Janet to frequently return to Nebraska, as well as traveling throughout the world. (Milligan, p 339). Obituary Janet Pauline (Keeney) Koca, 88, of Milligan and White Stone, Va. passed away on 1/4/2016. She was born in Lincoln to James and Mary Keeney. She retired from United Airlines in 1984. Preceded by her husband of 65 years, James F. Koca of Milligan, as well as brothers James, Roy and Don. Survived by children James, Jonathan and Jenise; six grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and foster children as well as sisters Vera Wendelin, Maxine Osterman and Mary Lou Fairbanks, brothers Vernon and Robert.
