Mrs. Sophronia Webb, 66, died Friday, Feb. 23, in a Many hospital, following a brief illness.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 25, in the United Pentecostal Church near Robeline. Rudolph Hennigan, assisted by the Rev. James Stringer, officiated. Burial was in McComic Cemetery near Many, under the direction of Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, Felix Webb; one daughter, Mrs. Bettie Hammons; one son, Ray Webb; two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Scarborough and Mrs. Mary Bankston; brothers, Edwin McComic, Lawrence McComic, John McComic and Melton McComic; one half sister, Mrs. Lizzie Bush; and eight grandchildren [2]
