Jeffery has lived in Hemphill all her life and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her husband Joe Strickland of Hemphill, her daughter Jeannie Blue and husband John of Hemphill, Her sister Annette Conner and husband Bob of Hemphill, her grandchildren; Tyler Mosley, J.B. Mikeman, Hunter Mosley, Jalyn Mosley and great grandchild Kacelynn Fiedler. Jeffery is preceded in death by her son Jason Mosley. Visitation will be from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, Monday, February 22, 2016, in the Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr St., Hemphill, Texas.
