Gwen was survived by her daughter Sonya Strickland, of Hemphill; two brothers, Lloyd Jacks of Center, Marion "Dick" Jacks of Carthage; two sisters, Ethel Droptini Louis of Pineland, Florence McClelland Wells of Hemphill; five grandchildren, Sean and Tanya Ebbert, Gary Stewart, Michael and Jesse Strickland; four great grandchildren, Amber Humphrey, Kayla Ryland, Logan and Cameron Strickland. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm, Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010, in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel, 510 Starr St., Hemphill, TX.
