Living with wife Cela and 7 children: Samuel (20-AL), Stephen (16-TN), William (14-TN), Sally (12-TN), Mary (10-MS), Isabella (8-MS) and James K P (5-MS).
*Note, after leaving NC, Robert must have spent time in AL and TN before Tishomingo Co., MS, as some of his children were born in those states according to the 1850 census. He would have moved to Tish. Co about 1838-1840.
