  Notes	Wise County Messenger Page 17 11 Nov 1976 Calvin Weaver Williamson, Sr., 78, died Saturday at his home, west of Decatur. Services were Monday at Christian Funeral Chapel. Frank Briscoe and the Rev. Terry Atkinson officiated with burial in Oaklawn Cemetery. Pallbearers were Calvin Williamson III, Rodney Wilson, Bob Nowell, Curt and Carl Williamson and Jerry Rasbury. Williamson, born Sept. 2 1898 in Greenwood, was a retired deputy collector of United States Customs. He married Iva Mae Walker July 30, 1921. Survivors include his wife; son Calvin Williamson, Jr. of Decatur; brother Ervin Williamson; and five grandchildren. His funeral record shows he was a veteran of World War I, gives the full names of his wife and parents, and also his cause of death.
