- TERRELL DAILY TRANSCRIPT.......July 27, 1909 W.R. McGuire died at Chisholm Saturday, interment Sunday in Camp Ground Cemetery. He was a native of Lexington, Alabama. He came to Texas 41 years ago and settled at Poetry until a few months ago when he moved to Chisholm to be with his son. A wife and 2 sons, W.S. and H.B. McGWIER survive.
