  Notes	Lumir Dale Tachovsky, "Huggie" age 74, the son of Lumir and Georgie (Krajnik) Tachovsky was born on May 7, 1948, in Lincoln, Nebraska and passed away on July 17, 2022, in Crete, Nebraska. He attended Wilber Public Schools and graduated from Wilber High School with the Class of 1966. On January 28, 1967, he was united in marriage to Kathy Mundil in Wilber, Nebraska. The couple made their home in Wilber for ten years moving to a farm near Western where he lived until his death. He worked at Wilber Plumbing & Heating for his father-in-law, EJ Mundil for many years and later become the owner of the business. He was a member of Masonic Lodge, Wilber-Clatonia Alumni Band and the Sons of American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Kathy of Western, son, Mark and wife Beth Tachovsky, daughters, Kris Filipi and special friend Darren and Amy Morris. Also surviving him are his grandchildren, Derek and Alexis Tachovsky, Justin Filipi, Emma Fletcher and Ruby Morris and his mother-in-law, Chloe Mundil. He is preceded in death by his father Lumir Tachovsky and his mother and stepfather, Georgie and John Lisec. A graveside service will the held at the Wilber Czech Cemetery on Friday, August 19, 2022 at 10:30 A.M. Memorials to the Western Fire and Rescue Department.
