  Notes	His Pennsylvania birth certificate shows him as the 5th child born to his parents, and the fourth still living, His name was recorded as Frank Antonio Tocci, and parents were shown as Angelo Tocci and Mary Mambuca, both born in Italy, and both residents of Creekside. Angelo was a merchant. Frank married the younger is sister of his brother's wife, Olive Ruth, both daughters of Christopher C Hoover and Sally McSweeney. When he registered for the drated during World War II, he and Ruth were living on 319 Locust St in Indiana, Pennsylvania. He self employed, operated a Fruit and Produce Market in Indiana, PA. He was shown as 5'4 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with a dark complexion and brown eyes and hair. At the time of the 1940 census, they were also shown as renting a home at 319 Locust Street. Frank was shown as completing 4 years of High School, and as the propietor of a Fruit Store. Ruth had been in school through the 8th grade. They lived with their 5 children, and with a 17 year old live in maid, Betty Kozmovick. Obituary The Indiana (PA) Gazette, Wednesday, January 21, 1970 Frank A. Tocci, 62, a former resident and businessman in Indiana, died unexpectedly Sunday, Jan. 18, 1970, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was employed by Fisher Foods while living in Indiana and has been a resident of Ohio for the past 17 years. Surviving are five sons and two daughters: Robert and Thomas, both of Indiana; Richar, Simi, Calif.: William Akron, Ohio; Joseph, Sea Isle, N.J.; Mrs. John (Jeane) Steel and Mrs. Sally Duke, both of Monroeville; 17 granschildren; the following brothers and sisters, Louis, John and Julia, all of Indiana' Nick, Parma, Ohil; and Mrs. John (Virginia) Woodford, Parma Heights, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, James Tocci. Friends are being received at Monreal Funeral Home, 15144 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, where services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. Interment will be made at Highland Cemetery, Cleveland, Ohio.
