- Mark Allen White, Sr., 43, of Pineland, Texas passed away August 4, 2018 at his residence.
Mark was born on June 4, 1975 in Dallas, Texas to Mitchell Talmadge White and Freda Brown White Brooks. He was a lifelong resident of Pineland and attended West Sabine I.S.D. He and Angela Crow White were married on August 28, 1998 and had two sons together.
Mark worked as a welder. He was employed with Temple-Inland for 18 years and later for Hart Lumber in Jasper, Texas. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his sons.
Mark is survived by his wife of nearly 20 years, Angie White of Plainview Community; mother, Freda Brooks and husband, Walter, of Dallas, Texas; sons, Mark White, Jr. and Corey White, both of Plainview; stepson, Matthew Page and wife, Bethany, of Hemphill, Texas; sister, Tina White of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Hayden, Izzy, and Randall; his uncle, Kenneth (Plunket) White; and his cousin and best friend, Bob White.
He was preceded in death by his father, Talmadge White.
Visitation will start at 5:00 p.m. Monday, August 6, 2018 at Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr St., Hemphill, Texas.
Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 7, 2018 in Starr Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Curtis White and Bro. Rocky White officiating.
Burial will follow services in Pine Hill Cemetery under the direction of Starr Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers are Brandon White, Colton White, Tuff White, Clint Bennett, Trayce White, and Donny Latham.
