Linda Carrol Kilcrease, 76, of Teneha, formerly of San Augustine, passed from this life September 21, 2019 at her residence.
She was born to Simon Ransom "Dutch" Kingsley and Ella A'della Wells Kingsley on June 22, 1943, in Broaddus. She married the love of her life, Charles Edward Kilcrease on December 24, 1960. They remained happily and lovingly married for 57 years when he passed in 2017. She was employed by the San Augustine ISD for more than 30 years, serving as secretary and cafeteria worker. She loved when "her kids" at school called her Nana. She never forgot a child's face of name and truly enjoyed seing them every day. Even long afer retirement she would recognize "her kids" from school and even maybe tell them something about themselves that had long been forgotten. She loved to play piano, and she shared her gift through service at her church as often as possible. She a member of Rosevine Missionary Baptist Church-----
