Robert Lee McDaniel, 76, of Many, died Friday, Aug. 22 at his residence.
He was a US Army veteran of WW II.
Services held Tuesday, Aug. 26 at 10 am, Les Fontaine Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. E E Walker and Rev. Kenneth Leach officiated.
Survivors: daughters, Joyce A Salter and husband Larry of Many; Kay Wright and husband, Tony of Denton, Texas; one stepson, Benny Miller of Cary NC; brothers, Elton Woodrow McDaniel of Many and James T McDaniel of DeRidder; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents, brother Leon J McDaniel; and one granddaughter, Nicole Wright.
Pallbearers: Pat Merritt, E W McDaniel, Jr., Greg Faust, Brandt Faust, Billy Guay, Scotty Salter, Mark Ervin and Tim Wagnon.
