Grover was born April 7, 1933 in Sexton, Texas. He was a resident of this area for the past 10 years and a former resident of Sexton, Texas. He worked construction for 25 years and was a US Army Veteran. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 2, 2012 at 10:00 a. m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Rev. Jeremy Bradshaw officiating. Burial will be at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p. m. Thursday, November 1, 2012 at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife, Lena Frederick Polley of Port Neches, Texas; sons, Trop P. Frederick of Friendswood, Texas; Chris Frederick and wife Wendy of Pine Forest, Texas; 3 grandchildren, Jessica Taylor, and Zac; nephew, Buddy Strickland." Obituary from www.levingstonfuneralhome.com
