KIRBYVILLE? Funeral for Lum Nelson Pulliam, 88, of Kirbyville will be at 10 a.m. today at Causey's E. E. Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville with burial in Davis Cemetery.
He died Tuesday at Mary Dickerson Memorial Hospital in Jasper after an illness.
A native of Sabine County, he lived in Kirbyville 47 years and was a retired grocery store owner.
Survivors include his wife, Pearl Pulliam of Kirbyville; one son, Virgil Pulliam of Kirbyville; one daughter, Bernice Howell of Houston; three brothers, I. D. Pulliam of Kirbyville, Buren Pulliam of Groves and Burdette Pulliam of Bronson; two sisters, Dorothy Hines of Bronson and Arlow Sparks of Houston; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
