  Notes	Richard McClelland Funeral services for Richard Tommy McClelland, 85, of Bronson were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 31, 1994, at the Strickland Chapel Church of God in FM 2024 at Strickland Crossing, Sabine County, with Bro. Clarence G. Campell, Bro. Lonnie B. Harley, and Bro. Charles Herrington officiating. Interment followed at Lott Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by Starr Funeral Home Inc. in Hemphill. He died at 7:20 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, 1994, at Memorial Medical Center of East Texas in Lufkin. Born March 28, 1909, as a son of the last Doss and Harriet Woodard McClelland, McClelland was a lifelong resident of Sabine County. He was a retired self-employed contractor and a member of Strickland Chapel Church of God. Survivors: wife, Pharby Jane McClelland, Broson; sons, Billy Richard McClelleand and Bobby Ray McClelland, both of Bronson, sister, Arie Frazier, Kountze; brothers, Delbert McClelland, San Antonio, and Harmon McClelland, Del City, Okla; five grandchildren, Tammie Covington, Arlene Allen, Ricky McClelland, Mike Hammock, and Brenda Crow; nine great-granchildren; and five great-great granchildren.
