Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Smith Funeral Home in Newton with burial at Newton City Cemetery. A native of Newton, she lived in Carthage a short time. Survivors include daughter, Cherry Denson of Lena, Miss.; son, Bruce Rogers of Angleton; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
