- James Henry Conn, 79, died Monday morning in his home in Bronson, Texas. Jimmy was born in Bronson to Charlie Matthew and Madgie Ellie Palmer Conn. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1955 until 1959, later he became a pipeliner and was a member of Pipeliner's Union 798. Jimmy was also a member of the First Baptist Church in Bronson, Texas.
He is survived by his wife Mozelle Conn of Bronson, his son Billy Conn and his wife Susan of Bronson, his daughter Belinda Reynolds of Bronson, three grandchildren; Chris, Kelli, and Jesse, and his sister Fannie Clem of Beaumont, Texas.
Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 9:00PM, Tuesday, July 9, 2013, in the Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr St., Hemphill, Texas. Funeral services will be at 10:00AM, Wednesday, July 10, 2013, in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Gravelhill Cemetery near Hemphill, Texas.
