Jeanette Fenley Moore died May 25th, 2013 in San Antonio, Texas. Born Eva Jeanette Fenley in Houston on October 24, 1936 to Emma Elizabeth Conn and James Emmett Fenley, she graduated in 1954 from Hemphill High School, Sabine County, Texas. Married in 1961 to John Wright Moore III, she was a beloved English teacher in HISD schools for 37 years.
Preceding her in death were her parents and son, JW Moore IV. She is survived by daughters, Juliette Elizabeth Lofft and Melissa Josephine "Jodi" Moore (Aaron Howell); grandchildren, Frank Eric Cimrhanzel, Aidan Christopher Lofft, Liam Andrew Lofft and Tamsin Elizabeth Moore Howell; brother, James Emmett Fenley; sister, Sally Petrash; extended family and numerous friends.
A memorial service will be held for Jeanette at 11am, Monday, June 3, 2013 at All Saints Catholic Church in Houston. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a memorial gift in Jeanette's honor to the National Kidney Foundation .
