- Kay Parker McCary writes: "Born Marion Co, Miss. Moved to Arkansas 1854, Married H. P. Conn 2 Jan 1859, Moved to Sabine Co. Tex 1869, Daughter of Thomas Gibson & Anna Adams"
Did she marry second a DICKERSON? The death certificate of daughter Martha Conn Boyett lists her mother as Clarrisa Dickerson. She is also shown as Clarissa (Dickerson) CONN on the FindAGrave memorial for Martha Conn Boyett.
FindAGrave instead lists her date of death as 30 Jan 1902, but there is not a photo of the tombstone to verify this earlier date.
