Survivors include his wife, Louisa Manning of Geneva; sons, Jim Manning of Lincoln, Don (Joan) Manning of Burress, and Scott (Roxanne) Manning of McKinney, Texas; daughters, Mary Jane (Ken) Havick of Omaha and Margie (Chris) Hayes of Osceola; brother, Tom (Marilyn) Manning of Burress and 11 grandchildren. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, October 17, 2011 at Exeter United Methodist Church in Exeter with Pastor Ray Underwood and Pastor Ron Harris officiating.
