Marvin L. Tinsley, 82, of Vidor died Monday, October 13 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
Funeral servcies were held Wednesday, October 15, at Mauriceville Church of Christ in Maruiceville with a graveside service at Yellowpine Cemetery near Hemphill.
A native of Nacogdoches, he lived in Vidor 33 years and was a retired operator for Fina Refinery in Port Arthur. He was also an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his son, Larry Tinsley of Mauriceville; daughters, Reba Norsworthy of Mauriceville, Annette Richard of Nederland and Beth Chesser of Beaumont; brother, Herbert Tinsley of Buna; sister Clara Seales of Hemphill; 19 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
