- At the time he completed his registration for the draft during World War I, he wasa resident of Lampasas, Texas, and his occupation was that of an Auto Dealer. His nearest relative was his mother, Mrs. Lizzie Allen, and he was shown as being tall and slender, with blue eyes and light hair.
Kate Allen Tirado writes that her brother's funeral services were held at "residence at Sweetwater and Eugene Key residence, Lampasas."
