  Notes	The Sabine County Reporter April 7, 2010, Page 16 Mary Elizabeth (Smith) Sims Mary Elizabeth (Smith) Sims, 89, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2010. Funeral services were Wednesday, March 31 at Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Arlington, Burial was at Oak Grove Cemetery, Irving. Mrs. Sims was born near Hemphill and lived there while growing up. She moved back to Hemphill in 1965 and lived there until 1978 when she moved to Grand Prarie to be near her boys. She attended school in Hemphill. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, and friend. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bryan Jay and Mitty Smith; husband, Forest Earl Sims; and son, John David White, Jr. Survivors include her sons, Benny Ray White and wife Marilyn; Paul David White and wife Maria; Marion Elno White and wife Inez, and Forrest Earl Sims, Jr. and wife Lisa; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren as well as numerous other loving family and friends.
