  Notes	Burnett Harrison Halbert Burnett Harrison Halbert, 95, of Pt. Arthur died Monday, April 11, 2005 at his residence. Halbert was born Dec 21, 1909 in Milam as a son of the late Betty (Cordray) and Clyde B. Halbert. He was a chemical worker for Texas U.S. Chemical in Pt. Neches. Survivors, son James Troy Halbert, Sr. and wife Lydia of Pt. Arthur, grandchildren, Karla LIEF and husband Richard of Beaumont, James Troy Halbert Jr and wife Cheryl of Magnolia, and Wayne Halbert and wife Lori and Todd Halbert and wife Dee Anna, all of Groves; a brother Audry Halbert of Milam; sisters, Syble RUSSELL and Mary LOVE, both of Houston, Mildred FREEMAN of Orange, and Betty RHODEN of Victoria, and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel of Starr Funeral Home Inc. in Hemphill with Bro. Fred Raney officiating. Interment followed at the Hemphill City Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Starr Funeral Home Inc in Hemphill.
