He was born on Oct. 31, 1968, in San Augustinee. He worked as a boiler maker int he petroleum industry and was a life long resident of Hemphill. Ebarb is survived by his parents, Joseph and Jeanette Ebarb of Hemphill; sons, Cody Blaine Ebarb and Billy Joe "BJ" Ebarb, Jr. both of Hemphill; daughter, Alexis Neff of Austin; sister, Sylvia Beckcom of Hemphill, and grandsons, Blake and Rody Ebarb of Hemphill. Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 21 at Sptringhill Cemetery near Hemphill. Services were under the direction of Starr Funeral Home in Hemphill.
