From FindAGrave: William Ross McNaughten, 87, of Kirbyville died Friday at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at E. E. Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville with burial in Fairmount Cemetery in Yellowpine. A native of Fairmount, he lived in the Kirbyville-Buna area 34 years and was a retired oil travel operator for Pure Oil Co., now Unocal. Survivors include sons, L. J. McNaughten Sr. of Silsbee, William McNaughten of Buna and Johnny McNaughten; daughters, Florence Wheeler and Lynda Ruso, both of Buna; a sister Maudie Hammock of Port Neches; 18 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
