  Notes	Cass City Chronicle Friday, October 19, 1956 Page Eight Lifelong Resident of Area Dies Sunday Funeral services were held Tuesday at two p.m. in the Douglas Funeral Home for Mrs. William Zinnecker, 72, who died Sunday in Cass City Hospital. Rev. M. R. Vender officiated and burial was in Elkland Cemetery. Mrs. Zinnecker, a lifelong resident of this area, had been ill for over two months. Daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wallace, she was born April 10, 1884, on the farm now owned by Ellwood Eastman and which her parents homesteaded. She was married here October 21, 1902. Surviving are her husband, five sons, John and Wallace of Cass City, Carl of Detroit, Park of Milwaukee, Wis., and Clark of Deford; seven granchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Minta Connell of Cass City and Mrs. Effie Neifie of Pontiac. Mrs. Zinnecker was a member of the Presbyterian Chruch. (Transcribed by Melinda McLemore Strong, January 2008)
