  Notes	Reba Joann Clark Harley, 77, of Pineland, Texas passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Houston Methodist Hospital. Joann was born on February 15, 1944 in Sabine County to Lathern Clark and Murrell Foster Clark. She was a lifetime resident of Sabine County and she was a health care worker before her retirement. She was a member of the Church of God and the Hemphill Chapter of the Eastern Star. She was a loving mother who enjoyed spending her time with her children and grandchildren. Joann is survived by her daughter, Renee' Russell and husband, Mark, of Pineland; sons, Stanley Harley and wife, Rhonda, of Angleton, Kelvin Harley and wife, Tori, of Hemphill, and Brent Harley and wife, Erica, of Angelton; brothers, David Clark and wife, Lisa, of Dayton and Paul Clark of Bossier City; sister, Wanda Hines of San Augustine; special cousin, Patty Helmer; Ashley Short, who was like child of her own; twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Bobbie Herrington, Sue Medley and Keith Clark. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 13, 2021 at Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr Street, Hemphill, Texas. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 14, 2021 in Starr Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Floyd Wright officiating. Burial will follow services in Bronson Cemetery with her grandsons, Dustin Parrish, Colton Harley, Dylan Harley, Trevor Harley, Justin Russell, and Kade Harley serving as pallbearers.
