This was ca 1917, and he was a resident of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He indicated he had dark brown hair and dark brown eyes, and was of medium build. On the SSDI, he was listed as A. McLemore.
J. C. Fairchild and Shannon Radford show that he married second Lola Jane Hanberry (1906-1992). Radford indicates that he and Lola had seven children.
