  Notes	There was a Gabriel F. Blackburn who was in the Seventh Regiment, Mississippi Infantry, Company D, Private. Film Number M232 roll 3. Mary Frances Smith Fisher states, however, that Gabriel served in the Fourteenth LA until the end of the war, but she has no record of him serving in the Seventh Mississippi. She does indicate that it is possible that the units could have been combined.
