  Notes	The Eliza Hanks living nearby was a step-grandmother to John S Hanks. The grandparents of John S Hanks were James Stewart Hanks and Rose Hanna McMullen. Rose died in 1841 and James Stewart Hanks married again to Eliza Spore in 1845. One of the children from this second marriage was Matilda Hanks. She married George Mangrum.
