Wilma Dean Hinson
Funeral services for Wilma Dean Hinson, 73, of Groves, formerly of San Augustine, were held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 29, 2006 at Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel in San Augustine. Burial followed in the Rosevine Cemetery in Sabine County. Rev. Floyd Wright officiated. She died June 25 in Groves. Wilma Dean Hinson was born November 12, 1932 in Rosevine to James Loma BALDREE and Lou T. KERR Baldree. She was owner/operator of Jack's Corner Grocery in Rosevine and worked as an accountant for many years, along with her sister, Jeanette DAVIDSON, was instrumental in developing Twin Lakes Care Center. She is survived by her daughters, Melanie MORRIS of Lafayette, Louisiana and Pattie BOWSER of Houston; sons Tom BOWSER of Jasper and Greg HINSON of Groves; sisters, Jeanette DAVIDSON of San Augustine and Lurene (s/b LUCENE) WESTMORELAND of Groves; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Wyman Roberts Funeral Home in San Augustine was in charge of arrangements.
