Services for Otto W. Fullen Jr., 44, of Dallas will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Southland Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at the Southland Cemetery.
Mr. Fullen died Monday at work in Dallas after a short illness.
A lifetime resident of Dallas, Mr. Fullen worked for Highland Construction Co. of Dallas. He served in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army and was a member of the Baptist Church.
He is suvived by his wife, Carol McClure Fullen of Dallas; two sons, David G. and Scott A. Fullen of Dallas; one daughter, Veronica (Roni) Baker of Balch Springs; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otto W. Fullen; sone brother, Rev. Jerry Fullen of Balch Springs; and one sister, Katherine Elaine Cooper of Grand Praire.
