Burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Ft. Bliss Cemetery. He died November 4 in El Paso. James McDaniel was born in San Augustine on September 2, 1935 to Ralph and Aline McDaniel. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by sons Mike McDaniel and wife Brenda of Bay City and Rob McDaniel and wife, Michelle of Austin; daughters Linda GOODMAN and husband, Mike of Chandler, Arizona; Shirley VASOVSKI and husband, Tom of College Station; Jenny DUGAN and husband, Michael of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and nine grandchildren. Crestview Funeral Home in El Paso is in charge of arrangements.
