A native and lifelong resident of Jasper, she was the owner/operator of O.D. Kerr Insurance Agency in Jasper until 1974. Survivors include her son, Dr. Stephen Denton Kerr of Houston; daughter, Jackie Miller of Jasper; four grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
