  Notes	She may have died either in Bohemia, or soon after they arrived in Nebraska. The Milligan Centennial book listed her date of birth as January 28, 1840. This does not appear to be correct, as her son John Kasak, Jr. born in 1850. It is noted that the birthdates shown for Jan Kasak's first and second wife, Marie Simacek and Alzbeta "Elizabeth" Cizek, as shown in the Milligan Centennial book, are IDENTICAL. This appears to be in error.
