A Graveside Service will be held in the Bohemian National Cemetery in Milligan following the Funeral Service. Public Visitation will be on Friday, June 10, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Farmer & Son Funeral Home in Geneva. Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America. Sharon Elaine Hromadka, age 75, of York, Nebraska passed away on June 8th, 2022 at Bryan Medical Center West in Lincoln, Nebraska after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Sharon was born to Milo & JoAnn (Lottes) Slezak on November 21, 1946 in York, Nebraska. Sharon worked for over 40 years as the Executive Coordinator for York General Hospital Environmental Services Department. She was hardworking and committed not only to her profession, but to her family as well. Sharon was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She took great pride in ensuring her loved ones were always put first and cared for. Sharon is survived by her son, Darren Hromadka of Lincoln, Nebraska; grandchildren Alexis (Jason) Hoff of York, Nebraska; Carston and Crew Hromadka of Lincoln, Nebraska; great-granddaughter Lakelynn Jo Hoff of York, Nebraska; siblings Mike (Risa) Slezak of York, Nebraska, Mark (Cheryl) Slezak of Geneva, Nebraska. Mary Richardson and the late David Richardson of Murdock, Kansas; as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
