- White and Toole show that she died ca 1935. Could she have actually died before 1910? Her husband, Jesse Jacks, is listed as widowed as of the 1910 census, married in 1920 but without Stella in the home, and widowed in 1930. They may have simply seperated, as they share a double gravemarker at the Lott Cemetery, and her date of death on this is shown as Sept. 1936.
