  Notes	Sharon Kay Virka, 79 years, of Morse Bluff, NE passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Dunklau Gardens in Fremont, NE. Sharon was born on July 4, 1942 to Melvin and Berdine (Molle) Tank in North Bend, NE. She graduated from North Bend high school, class of 1960. On February 7, 1961 Sharon married Vernon Virka at Faith Lutheran Church in Council Bluffs, IA. Sharon spent much of her time caring for her grandchildren and loved gardening and tending to her flowers. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Vern of 60 years; sons, Randy E. Virka and Michael (Christine) Virka; brother, Gary (Judy) Tank; grandchildren, Michael (Madison) Virka, Nicholas (Kylee) Virka, and Ian Virka; and great grandchild Emery Jayne. A memorial service will be 10:30 A.M., Monday, November 22, 2021 at Moser Memorial Chapel in North Bend, NE. The Rev. Charles Starks will officiate. A memorial visitation will be from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M., Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Woodland Cemetery in North Bend.
