- Said to have married Gracie Fletcher on 21 Dec 1902 in Sabine County, TX. Sometimes shown as J. Coleman McDaniel. J C McDaniel, born 1881 and died 1906 is buried in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Leesville, LA. Not known if this is the same person.
Their is also a Coleman McDaniel shown on the Texas Death Index, date of death 22 May 1930 in Lavaca. No date of birth or age is shown, so it is not known if this records is for that same Coleman McDaniel.
