  Notes	Missing from the 1880 census?' Obituary (From FindAGrave) CHARLES MATEJKA Charles Matejka was born December 6, 1976 (sic), in Trtice, Czechoslovakia. He came to this country with his parents at the age of three years in 1879, and lived on a farm northeast of Milligan the rest of his life. March 28, 1910, he was united in marriage to Anna Vavra. This union was blessed with four daughters and one son. Mr. Matejka died at his home Saturday, July 3, 1943, after an illness of three months, at the age of 66 years, 6 months, and 28 days. He leaves to mourn his departure, his wife, Anna; daughters Mrs. Mollie Nun, Georgia, Helen, and Rose' and son Alfred, one granddaughter, a sister, Mrs. Antonie Bulin; three brothers, Anton, Emil, and Frank; and a host of other relatives and friends. His parents, two sisters, and two brothers preceded him in death. He was a kind and loving husband and father, whose friendly qualities will also be remembered by his many friends and neighbors.
