- Called Mollie. At the time of the 1900 Sabine County census, her date of birth was instead shown as August 1879, as was that of her brother, Albert, living with Mollie and James in 1900. It appears they were twins. However other records seem to indicate their year of birth as 1882.
At the time of the 1910 Sabine County Census, they had been shown as married for 11 years, and as the mother of six children, all living.

Their double tombstone at Spring Hill Cemetery reads "Dear parents, though we miss you much we know you rest with God."
