- He graduated from Milligan High School in 1914, and attended the University of Nebraska School of Agriculture. He managed the Bulin farm after the death of his father. He was a member of the Knight of Pythias Lodge in Milligan. Frank died April 3, 1932 from injuries sustained in a car accident two weeks previously at the age of 34 years and 11 1/2 months with burial in the Bohemian National Cemetery (Milligan, p 216).

Rose and Frank had one son, S. Albert Bulin, whom completed his education in engineering. Al and his wife, Ruth, retired in Bella Vista, Arkansas. They had one son, Joe, who lives in California. (Milligan, p 212).
