- Bobbie Lou White, 82, passed away Monday morning, July 11, 2016, in the Mount Moriah Nursing Home, in Hemphill, Texas. Bobbie was born in Geneva, Texas, to William Robert and Beatrice Key Jackson.She was a stay at home housewife and mother. She was a loving companion, mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her long time companion George Loper of Pineland, her son Wendell White and wife Darlene of Iowa,Louisiana, her daughter Pam White Reich of Lecompte, Louisiana, her brother Robert Lee Jackson and wife Tommie of Carlyss, Louisiana, her 9 grandchildren, and her 9 great grandchildren.
She is preceded by her daughter Frieda "Gay" White, her brother LeRoy Jackson, her sister Glynis Gaskin, her husband O. B. White, and her parents William and Beatrice Jackson..
Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 8:00PM, Tuesday, July 12, 2016, in the Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr Street Hemphill, Texas. Funeral services will be at 2:00PM, Wednesday, July 13, 2016, in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will follow in the Springhill Cemetery.
