Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Rose Hill Cemetery in Merkel, directed by Starbuck Funeral Home of Merkel. Mr. McMinn was born in Ada, Okla., and moved to Merkel as a young boy where he was raised. He had been a carpenter and a Baptist. Survivors include a daughter, Glenda Zorn of Abilene; and four sons, Kenneth McMinn of Telephone, Jack H. McMinn of Oklahoma City, Mike McMinn of Arizona and Monty McMinn of Colorado.
