- Funeral Services for Mrs. Raymond Beznoska
Services for Mrs. Raymond (Zelma) Beznoska, 60, were Friday at 2 pm at the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Mrs. Audrey Scott officiating.
Mrs. Clarence Karsk was organist and accompanied the singer, Mrs. Carol Bean. Pallbearers were Ed Kort, Bruce Hall, Mike Chapman, Leland Tomasek, Leonard Tomasek and Lawrence Melton.
Mrs. Beznoska was born May 18, 1910 at North Bend and died Tuesday at Milbank, S.D. while her family was on vacation there.
A lifetime North Bend resident, she was a member fo the Methodist Church and W.S.C.S. of the church.
She married Raymond Beznoska Dec. 19, 1929 at Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Survivors include her widower: one son, both of North Bend; two brothers, John Tomasek, North Bend, and Alvin, Fremont; sister Mrs. Mable Melton, Fremont; and two grandchildren.
Burial was in Killian Cemetery, Morse Bluff. Moser Memorial Chapel, North Bend, in charge.
A memorial has been established for the Methodist Church.

Recorded on April 12, 1977 and completed on April 15, 1977 by Clarabelle Mares 1722 E 19 Fremont, Nebraska and assisted by Kathrine Petersen. Cemetery in very good condition. Working from front to back in rows.
