- As of 1988, sons Rudy, Albert E. and Edward were deceased and buried in the Bohemian National Cemetery. Emil E. lived on the Kassik home place two miles west and three-fourths miles south of Milligan. Josie E., who married Frank KREJDL, lives in Milligan and daughter Georgia, who married Carl MARKER, lives in Wheatland, Wyoming. (Milligan, p 328).

- Their home for 39 years was a farm nine miles east of Milligan. Retiring from the farm life in 1959, Albert and Alice made their home in Milligan, where they both enjoyed membership inthe ZCBJ Lodge #76. Alice was known as a great lover and caretaker of the outdoors, where beautiful flowers and gardens always surrounded their home. (Milligan, p 325-326).
